About Mindy Terlesky

With 12 years of real estate experience and more than 430 properties sold, Mindy Terlesky brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and dedication to every client she serves. Licensed in both Arizona and Utah, Mindy proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Mohave County, Arizona, with RE/MAX Prestige Properties, as well as Southern Utah with RE/MAX Associates So Utah. Mindy made an impression from the very beginning of her real estate career when she was named “Rookie of the Year.” Since then, she has continued to grow her business, expand her expertise, and further her education, earning the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. She strongly believes that continuing education is an essential part of providing exceptional representation to her clients—because in real estate, knowledge truly is power. Having moved to Kingman, Arizona, in 1990 and graduating from Kingman High School in 1997, Mindy has extensive knowledge of Kingman, Mohave County, and the surrounding mountain and desert communities. More recently, she expanded her real estate career into Southern Utah, obtaining her Utah real estate license and bringing the same level of service, experience, and commitment to clients throughout the region. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, investors, new construction, vacant land, or clients preparing to sell, Mindy believes every transaction deserves personal attention. Communication and customer service are at the heart of her business. Her clients can expect her to keep them informed, respond promptly, explain each step of the process, and work diligently toward their individual real estate goals. For Mindy, real estate is about much more than completing a transaction—it is about building relationships and becoming a trusted resource her clients can rely on long after closing. After helping with more than 430 property sales, she understands that every client, property, and transaction is different, and she uses her experience to help clients navigate those differences with confidence. Mindy lives in Kingman with her husband, Steve, and their two dogs, Ziggy and Alli. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and experiencing art and culture. She is also actively involved in her community, serving on the board of Kingman Regional Medical Center. From the desert communities of Mohave County to the beauty of Southern Utah, Mindy is proud to offer her clients the advantage of an experienced REALTOR® licensed in both Arizona and Utah. Whether you are ready to sell, searching for your next home, purchasing land, or simply have questions about the market, Mindy is ready to put her knowledge, experience, and commitment to work for you.
