At the time, I was just hitting my stride in real estate during the great recession. We now have two amazing sons, Theodore and Arlo. Melissa has since laumched and grown a burgeoning non-profit, Step up to Justice, which assists those in our community most in need by providing free legal services. Giving back to our community is extremely important to both of us. We are both full time professionals extremely passionate about our respective careers and the clients we serve. In our free time, we enjoy eating out at great local restaurants, spending time with our sons and volunteering at local agencies including Junior Achievement and the Jewish Federation of Southern Arizona. My Story Born and raised in Tucson, Michael enjoys forming new relationships and sharing his experience and knowledge of the Sonoran Desert. He is the broker who friends and family trust because of his dedication and sincere desire to create winning situations and lasting relationships. With over 15 years in the business and thousands of real estate transactions under his belt, Michael is honored to gain experience and insight from each relationship built along the way. In addition to brokerage sales, commercial leasing, the development of multiple in-fill communities, Michael is very involved in the local community. He enjoys volunteering at local schools and non-profit agencies. For him, community is key to all our success and he has a true desire to give back! My Purpose Ive had incredible opportunities in my life, including a world class education from the Univeristy of Arizona and Eller College of Management where I obtained my Masters in Business Administration. Plus, countless mentors that have given so much to me and helped shape who I am today. It is now my turn to give back more than Ive taken. I founded CXT Realty in 2015 with the idea of building an independent boutique brokerage with a group of wonderful selling partners focused on serving our customers with the highest level of marketing and service in order to connect, exchange and deliver.
