Matthew Potter - I am a native Arizonan who loves to help people sell or purchase their property. I have a degree from Arizona State University in Realty Studies and have assisted hundreds of homeowners and buyers with their real estate needs. Nicole Allen and I teamed up in business back in 2010 to help thousands of homeowners across the country avoid foreclosure. In 2015 we merged our professional and personal lives and now are married and have 4 children, another on the way, 3 dogs and 2 Desert Tortoises. Fun Fact: I used to be an Olympic Swimmer. Nicole Allen - I have been in Real Estate since 2006 and have worked on the lending side, transaction management and HOA management of real estate as well. I pride myself on my passion to connect with our clients and help them find the perfect home for them or help them sell with the least amount of headache. I am an avid sports fan and am married to Matthew Potter. Fun Fact: I was an Olympic Soccer Player candidate as well. Lucas "Luke" Shortridge - Lucas is a former client that loved our service so much that he ended up getting his real estate license and joining our team! Lucas is a transplant from Colorado who has real estate in his blood by nature as his mother is a Real Estate Broker as well! No matter what your goals are in real estate from selling for top dollar to getting a dang good deal on a home, Lucas is your best advocate! In his free time, he loves to spend time with his Fiancee and his fur babies. Patrick Legenzoff - Patrick loves the real estate business and truly has fun doing it. His experience, know how and tenacious attitude helps you make the most sound decisions with such an important personal decision in your life. His specialized training in negotiation shines through showing why he is a true professional and why many clients have stated with him on their side, their real estate goals were exceeded and a complete success. Patrick's wife and 3 kiddos are his main driving force for why he works tirelessly for you as he loves providing for his family. Mel Payne - Mel is here to help you! She has years of experience and knows the valley as a native. A true design eye really helps her clients see the vision of what is there and what can be there. You will not be disappointed working with her can do attitude.  Marissa Ferrante - An Arizona Native who is our transaction coordinator. She will make sure that all of your documentation is completed, important timelines are met and that you are always informed as to anything that may come up on your purchase or sale of your home. When Marissa isn't working her tail off, you can find her spending time with her soon to be 1 year old daughter Gwen, having a date night with her husband or volunteering at the AZ Humane Society to save dogs and cats who need help.
