I did not set out to "become" a rural land specialist... I realized that I AM a Rural Land Specialist, and then I BECAME a Realtor! So I already understand the costs and hurdles of changing a rural piece of land into a homestead, a farm or an escape property. I have 18 years of experience building some of the largest Master Planned Communities in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am coming home to Arizona and bringing all that information along with me. I have built Custom Homes, programmed smart home technology, I have installed 5kW to 10kW grid-tied Solar Systems and 2kW 700ah off-grid Solar Systems. I love the outdoors, all animals and have moved to my own 36 acres in Northern Arizona. I love the rugged juniper/pinion community I'm in and am focusing on seven neighborhoods east of Kingman. Most of the communities are carved out of old ranches. Cedar Hills and Windmill Ranches are in open rolling land, Spring Valley Ranches and Willow Creek Ranch are in juniper/pinion woodlands, and the Lazy Y-U Ranch, Pinion Pines Estates and Pine Lake high up in the ponderosa pines over 6000 feet where it is mountainous and elk are common visitors.
